We are a full service with a smile company that provides maintenance to your home via SoftWashing and Exterior Window Cleaning. We have studied the science, attended seminars, networked with industry leaders and use the best technology and equipment to deliver unparalleled results.  VanGorden’s Lake Region Pro Wash is dedicated to bringing you superior service with professionalism, integrity and trust. Soft Washing

SoftWashing is a low pressure application of a biodegradable, environmentally friendly solution that eradicates biological growth on your homes exterior.  We clean/treat roofs, siding and decks ridding your biggest investment of algae, moss, lichen, mildew and fungus.  If it’s black and green and looks unsightly and unhealthy, we will sanitize it.

We use a dedicated Softwash application system that gently delivers a solution onto your homes surfaces.  Our system is low pressure which means NO DAMAGE.  We do not use a pressure washer, batch mixing or downstreaming methods. Why?  Because softwashing has been proven to work better and keep your home cleaner, longer!
